“Janine has helped me so much with a doozy of a custody case, effectively handling a very difficult ex and cleaning up some mistakes I’ve made along the way. She will not sugar coat, has a good sense of what will fly in court, she is fair with billing, and she is the right blend of aggressive but still able to listen (hard to find).
My ex presents fairly reasonably and hides the nastiness quite well, so it’s always a challenge to get people to see/understand what I’m dealing with (and that I’m not exaggerating or overreacting.)
